of receiving your order
- Share a photo of the damaged/wrong product
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
within 5-7 business days
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Products that have been opened and used
- Products damaged due to improper storage
- Orders where complaint raised after 48 hours
