At Spice's King, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will be happy to replace it or issue a refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND/REPLACEMENT:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
-Product quality does not match description

HOW TO CLAIM:
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours 
  of receiving your order
- Share a photo of the damaged/wrong product
- We will arrange a replacement or refund 
  within 5-7 business days

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Products that have been opened and used
- Products damaged due to improper storage
- Orders where complaint raised after 48 hours
